A Day In The Life at Bill Ricco’s Ocean Club.
How a less-than-a-year, part-time resident takes control of a condominium, and authoritatively imposes his Sandals resort vision, on what had been the finest example of life on Fort Lauderdale’s Galt Ocean Mile.
Because the construction crew Ricco hired has fallen 165 days behind its proposed schedule, and Ricco is scheduled to return, he’s remotely authorized that this hazardous construction can extend from sunrise to sunset, including Saturday and Sunday, so that HE can be spared the intrusion.
Now, that’s what I call “luxury” living.
